Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Before confirmation
A pending request may be cancelled at any time from your bookings dashboard without a fee.
2. After confirmation
Customers may cancel a confirmed booking from their dashboard more than 24 hours before pickup.
3. Less than 24 hours
Self-service cancellation is unavailable less than 24 hours before pickup. Contact support; the request will be reviewed under the provider’s terms.
4. Cancellation by provider
If the rental provider or administration cancels the booking, the amount paid will be refunded in full.
5. Refund processing
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time taken depends on the bank or payment provider.
